Tolleson is on the same West Valley run. Fastidious Coatings installs flake and metallic floors for garages and light commercial bays, with diamond-ground prep and a topcoat that does not yellow.
Working bays and home garages both get a 100% solids epoxy or full polyaspartic base. Flake is the usual choice where the floor works for a living. Metallic is the same system when the room is meant to be seen.
Tolleson is served with Avondale, Goodyear, and Surprise. The estimate is written after the slab is seen.
