Flake or metallic is the color layer. Two coats of aliphatic polyaspartic lock the color so Arizona sun does not amber it.
This is the same bucket as a garage floor. Garages, workshops, showrooms, laundry rooms, and covered patios. We do not sell a grind-and-seal, a concrete stain, or a polished-concrete package. If the slab needs a coating, it gets the premium build.
Standard flake elsewhere in Phoenix is typically $5 to $8 per square foot. Our flake systems are typically $8 to $10, and metallic is typically $12 to $16. The proposal is written after moisture, existing coatings, and crack repair are reviewed.
